Colorado welcomes the best in the brewing world each year for the Great American Beer Festival and some of the most sought after breweries will be hosted by Mercantile dining & provision for a celebratory Brewery/Chef paired dinner Union Station goes back to its historical roots of welcoming hungry travelers and thirsty steadfast wanderers in the form of a rare ‘meeting of the palates’ dinner. Bringing to the table a convergence of creativity from both the culinary and craft beer side. 6 breweries, 8 chefs and one amazing evening to discuss the current state of beer and food- this is a ‘State of the Union’ beer dinner that will certainly be a night of remembrance for all.
